Celebrating Recent Recognition & New Beginnings

Welcome back! After a refreshing trip home to my lovely Brazil, I am back in the studio and so excited for the year ahead.

I’m starting this season with some wonderful news that I couldn't wait to share with you all. While I don't enter many photography competitions (there are countless contests around the world).

I regularly submit my work to one that means a great deal to me: the BPA Photo Awards.

The BPA is an organization deeply committed to photographer education and safety. They hold rigorous standards, and I feel truly honored that every time I submit my work, it receives an award.

This kind of recognition reminds me that all the time, heart, and ongoing education I've poured into my craft over the years is worth every moment.

Newborn photography is about so much more than clicking a camera button. It requires continuous education, patience, and a deep commitment to handling every single baby safely and gently.

I feel incredibly blessed to do work that I love so deeply. Nothing replaces the feeling of joy, love, and purpose I experience during each session.

To all of the parents who have trusted me with your sweet newborns: thank you from the bottom of my heart. If you’ve seen me in the studio, you know that every pose, wrap, and soothing touch comes from a place of genuine love.

Here is to a wonderful year ahead filled with new stories, tiny details, and unforgettable moments!
